From a cinema-grade home theatre to building-wide background music, a media room to a boardroom that just works — QSN designs, installs and maintains the whole audio-visual signal chain. New builds, rescues of half-finished setups, and ongoing maintenance under SLA, on Bose, Dayton Audio and UniFi, across villas, apartments, schools, offices and enterprises in the UAE.
Audio-visual done properly is a signal chain, not a pile of boxes. A source — a 4K player, a streamer, a microphone, a laptop — feeds a brain (an AV receiver, amplifier or matrix), which distributes picture and sound to the right screens and speakers, in the right rooms, at the right volume. Get the chain right and a single remote, app or wall panel runs the whole property.
That covers a lot of ground: a home theatre with calibrated surround sound and a projector, a media room, multi-room distributed audio that follows you from kitchen to pool, and conference & meeting-room AV where the display, mics and video call simply work when someone walks in and presses one button.
QSN works three ways: we design and install from scratch, we troubleshoot and rescue existing setups someone else left half-finished or failing, and we maintain it all under an SLA so it keeps working long after install day. Because A/V rides on the same network we engineer for your WiFi and automation, streaming and control stay rock-solid.
A soundbar and a guessed speaker position is not a system. A calibrated signal chain engineered room by room is. Our four-stage workflow is the difference — and it's the same whether we're building new or rescuing what you already have.
We assess the actual spaces — room dimensions, acoustics, seating, sightlines, existing cabling and equipment, and how you really use each area. For an existing setup, we audit what's installed and diagnose what's failing. The zone plan, content sources and control approach are decided here.
Brand and model selection (Bose, Dayton Audio, UniFi), speaker layout and counts, the AVR / amplifier / matrix, displays or projection, cabling runs, and the control scheme (app, remote or wall panel) — all specified, with a calibration target, before any kit is ordered.
Clean cabling, properly mounted speakers and screens, the rack built and labelled, then the part most installers skip: calibration. Levels, crossovers, room correction and per-zone tuning are dialled in and tested with real content so it sounds and looks right, not just powered on.
Firmware, source updates, drift in calibration and the occasional failed component are covered under a maintenance SLA with a 4-hour response, on the same managed footing as your network. Adding a zone, a source or a screen later is a quick visit, not a re-design.
Anyone can hang a TV and pair a speaker. The difference between that and a system you actually love living with is design, calibration and someone who answers when it stops working. Here's what proper A/V buys you.
A calibrated home theatre — projector or large display, properly placed surround speakers, a subwoofer that hits without rattling the walls — turns movie night into something you can't get from a soundbar. Tuned to the room, not unboxed and hoped for.
Distributed audio puts independent zones across the property — kitchen, living, terrace, pool, bedrooms — each with its own source and volume, all from one app. Background music that follows you, without a tangle of portable speakers.
A conference room where one button drops the screen, powers the display, joins the call and brings up clear mics — no scramble for cables, no "can you hear me now?". Reliable AV makes a business look as sharp as it is.
Sources, displays, speakers and zones unified under a single app, remote or wall panel. Family and staff actually use the system because it's simple — not a coffee table littered with remotes nobody understands.
Inherited a half-finished install, or a system that drops out and nobody will fix? We diagnose the signal chain, correct what's wrong, and put it under maintenance — so the thing you already paid for finally does what it promised.
Firmware moves, streaming services change, calibration drifts, kit occasionally fails. An SLA with a 4-hour response — on the same managed footing as your network — means it stays working for years, not just on handover day.
If any of these sound familiar, a designed-and-maintained system will earn its place — usually the first time you actually enjoy using it.
A cinema room in a villa, a hall in a school, a boardroom in an office and a multi-zone enterprise estate need very different designs. Here's what QSN delivers across the spaces we serve.
We're brand-agnostic by design — the right gear depends on the room, the use and the budget, not loyalty to a logo. These are the lines we build on most, and we integrate the sources, displays and control to match.
Tell us about the spaces and how you want to use them — a cinema room, music through the house, a boardroom that works, or an existing setup that needs rescuing. We'll come back with a design, the right brands, and a maintenance plan.
