Q: Is my booking a confirmed appointment?

Your booking is a request. A QSN engineer contacts you within 3 working days to confirm the actual visit date and time that suits you, quoting your reference number.

Q: How much does the site survey cost?

The heatmap survey is AED 250 per indoor floor and AED 350–550 for outdoor areas; a plain call-out visit is AED 200–350. The survey fee is waived in full only once the project quotation is confirmed and the advance payment is received — the survey is not free of charge on its own, and nothing is provided free in advance of that. The written coverage report is yours to keep either way.

Q: What does the managed SLA figure cover?

The monthly figure shown is for the network layer only — 24/7 monitoring, firmware and security patching, configuration management, remote fault resolution and a 4-hour urgent response window. CCTV, access control, automation, NAS and telephony are covered under separate line items on the same agreement.

The fee is waived in full only once the quotation is confirmed and the advance payment is received; until then it is payable. Nothing is provided free of charge in advance of that.
