Customised surveillance for your home and office — remote-view enabled cameras you can monitor from anywhere in the world. Hikvision and UniFi Protect systems, designed, installed and secured on a network that keeps your footage private. 24/7 peace of mind, delivered.
A camera is only as trustworthy as the network behind it. Plenty of installers hang cameras and hand you an app — we engineer the whole system: camera selection and placement, NVR storage sizing, and crucially, an isolated, segmented network so your surveillance traffic can't be reached from your guest WiFi or the open internet.
We deploy Hikvision and Ubiquiti UniFi Protect systems for villas, offices, retail and multi-site businesses — IP cameras with 4K detail, smart motion and line-crossing detection, and secure remote viewing from your phone anywhere in the world.
From a 4-camera villa to a 33-camera estate, every deployment is documented, access-controlled and built to keep recording when it matters most.
Surveillance is a coverage problem before it's a camera problem. We engineer the sightlines first.
We walk the site, map entry points, blind spots and priority zones, and plan camera type and placement for genuine coverage — not just visible boxes.
Camera selection (dome, bullet, turret, PTZ), NVR storage sizing for your retention period, PoE switching and cable routing — fully specified before install.
Clean cabling, weather-rated mounting, and cameras placed on a dedicated VLAN that can't be reached from guest WiFi or the public internet.
Smart detection zones, mobile remote view, recording schedules and alerts — plus a documented handover and ongoing support.
Every room gets its own camera with a wide field of view, and the perimeter is watched from the building itself — not the boundary wall. The main façade camera looks out to the central approach, while the two front side cameras face inward toward the centre (the building ends in side walls), and a rear camera covers the service entrance. Private areas like washrooms and prayer rooms are deliberately left uncovered. Two illustrative QSN layouts below — hover (desktop) or tap (mobile) a camera or its cone to highlight its field of view.
The cheapest part of a camera system is the camera. The value is in coverage, retention and a network that keeps your footage yours.
Surveyed sightlines mean no blind spots at gates, entries and perimeters — every priority zone is actually in frame, day and night.
Cameras live on an isolated VLAN, firewalled from your data and the open internet — closing the most common path used to hijack footage.
Secure mobile and desktop access lets you check the villa, the shop or the warehouse from another country — live or recorded.
Line-crossing, intrusion and motion zones push real-time notifications — so you react to events, not scrub through hours of empty footage.
We size the NVR to your required retention — 14, 30, 90 days — so the footage you need is still there when you need it.
From a 4-camera villa to a 33-camera estate or multi-site retail, the same documented standard applies — add cameras without starting over.
A complete, documented surveillance system — engineered, secured and supported.
A camera records a break-in. Access control prevents one. For large villas, estates and serious businesses it's the enterprise layer that turns a watched property into a controlled one — deciding exactly who passes the gate, the front door and the server room, and when.
QSN designs access control on the same enterprise platforms as our surveillance — Hikvision and Ubiquiti UniFi Access — wired into the structured network, isolated on its own secured VLAN, and tied back to your cameras so every door event has a face beside it.
Lost a fob? Revoke it in seconds. Contractor finished? Their access expires on schedule. No re-keying locks, no shared keys floating around — just a full, timestamped record of who went where, and when.
Fingerprint and face-recognition terminals for doors that demand certainty — entry tied to a person, not a key that can be copied or shared.
Issue, change and revoke credentials in seconds. No re-keying locks when a fob goes missing or a contractor's job ends.
See and speak to whoever's at the gate from your phone — anywhere in the world — and release the door remotely when it's someone you trust.
Number-plate recognition and barrier control for driveways and compound gates — they open for you and stop everyone else.
Time-restrict staff, guests and contractors to the hours they're allowed, with every entry timestamped and logged by name.
Every access event sits beside the camera footage from the same managed network — a door opening and the face that opened it, together.
QSN is not a SIRA-licensed security company, and we're upfront about that. Where your premises fall under Dubai's SIRA regulations, the SIRA-approved design, certified installation and NOC for CCTV and access control are delivered by a SIRA-approved partner we subcontract — while QSN engineers the network, cabling and infrastructure and runs the project end to end. You get a fully compliant, certified system through a single point of contact.
Most commercial premises in Dubai are legally required to run a SIRA-approved surveillance system — with mandated camera resolution, 31-day footage retention and Dubai Police integration. Our plain-English guide covers who needs it, the technical standards and the full approval process. QSN is not itself SIRA-licensed; where approval is required we deliver it through a SIRA-approved partner who handles the certified design, installation and NOC.
