On-premises servers designed, built from bare metal, and maintained under SLA — for offices, SMBs, enterprises and schools across the UAE. As a managed service provider we don't sell you a box and leave; the hardware is yours, and QSN engineers, secures and looks after it for its whole service life.
From an empty rack unit to a server that's been quietly running for years — QSN covers the full lifecycle. We engineer it; you own it.
We take a workload and turn it into a running server: sizing the CPU, ECC memory, RAID/ZFS storage, redundant power and out-of-band management, then racking, cabling, installing the OS or hypervisor, hardening, burn-in testing and documented handover. Turnkey, on your hardware.
Configurations matched to the job — virtualization hosts, database and application servers, file/AD domain controllers, backup servers, surveillance (NVR) servers, and GPU-ready builds for AI inference. Tower for a single office, or 1U/2U/4U rack for a full server room. Right-sized, not over-sold.
An AMC/SLA agreement that keeps the server healthy: proactive monitoring, OS and firmware patching, RAID and drive-health checks, backup verification, capacity review and security hardening — backed by 24/7 monitoring and a 4-hour response SLA, with scheduled preventive maintenance.
The physical layer around the hardware, on your premises: thermal and airflow checks, UPS and battery health, PDU load balancing, rack dressing and cable management, dust and cleaning, and basic environmental monitoring — so the room housing your servers stays as healthy as the servers themselves.
A quick, jargon-free primer — because you shouldn't need a certification to make an infrastructure decision.
A bare-metal server is one physical machine running one operating system — a single Windows Server or a single Linux server. Simple and direct: one box, one job. It's the right answer when a workload genuinely needs a whole machine to itself, or when a team wants the simplest possible setup.
A hypervisor is a thin layer installed on the bare metal instead of a single OS. It lets one physical box run many independent virtual servers at once — some Windows, some Linux — sharing the hardware safely. Fewer boxes, instant snapshots and rollback, easy backup and restore, and a running server can be moved to other hardware if a machine fails.
Why Proxmox first? It's open-source with no per-CPU licence fees, and since VMware's licensing rose sharply it has become the default choice for most UAE businesses. If you're already standardised on VMware or Hyper-V, we'll build and run that instead — the right stack is decided during sizing, never sold to you up front.
A disciplined, documented path — the same one whether it's a single tower or a full rack.
We map the workloads — users, applications, databases, virtual machines, growth — and translate them into a right-sized specification. No guessing, no over-buying.
You procure the hardware, or we source it through our distribution partners and bill it through. Enterprise-grade platforms only: ECC memory, redundant power, proper RAID controllers.
Physical build, rack mounting, structured cabling and clean cable dressing, redundant power, and out-of-band management wired for remote access.
We install the chosen operating system or hypervisor, configure storage and networking, then harden it — patching, accounts, firewall, segmentation and secure remote access.
Stress and stability testing before anything goes live, followed by a documented handover: what's inside, how it's configured, and how it's backed up.
The server moves onto an AMC/SLA so it stays patched, monitored and healthy for its whole service life — not left to drift after day one.
Vendor-neutral by design — we deploy the platform that best fits each site and budget rather than pushing a single brand.
One of the strongest reasons to keep servers on-premises rather than in a foreign cloud is data sovereignty. An on-site server means your data physically resides in the UAE, on hardware you own and control — which supports data-residency expectations under UAE frameworks such as the PDPL and NESA / DESC guidance. QSN pairs every server with a disciplined 3-2-1 backup strategy, so your data is both sovereign and protected against loss. For the storage and backup side of this, see our NAS & storage solutions and the NAS vs cloud storage comparison.
Tell us the workloads and we'll come back with an honest, right-sized approach — build, migration or maintenance. Final pricing is always confirmed by a scoped quotation after we understand the environment.
The things businesses ask us before commissioning or handing over a server. Straight answers — no jargon walls.
