Quick Surf Network L.L.C. ("QSN", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website quicksurfnetwork.com, our Android application, and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a managed service provider headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws.
Our website provides an embedded internet speed test, available on both our main site and our RTA accommodation support page (quicksurfnetwork.com/rtac). This speed test runs on Quick Surf Network's own infrastructure (a self-hosted measurement server) rather than a third-party service. To run a measurement and show your result, it processes technical connection data, including your IP address, an approximate location derived from that address, and metrics such as download and upload speed, latency and jitter. We use this data only to perform and display your test, to help diagnose connectivity issues (for example, when a resident reports a fault), and for security and performance monitoring. It is handled in line with the server-log and retention practices described in this policy, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
Our Android application is a secure wrapper that displays this website. It does not collect additional personal data beyond what the website itself collects, and it does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files. Data entered in the app (such as contact forms or chat messages) is handled exactly as described in this policy.
We process personal data where: (a) it is necessary to take steps at your request or to perform a contract with you; (b) we have a legitimate interest, such as securing our systems and responding to enquiries; (c) you have given consent; or (d) we are required to by law.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above: enquiry records for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on your request and maintain business records; server and security logs for a limited period for security analysis; and chat transcripts for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and improve our service, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
As a company whose business includes cybersecurity, we apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hardened server configuration, web application firewalls, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to receive a copy of data you provided.
